Asset Management: Secured significant dilapidations settlement with head tenant Aon, and simultaneously agreed renewal terms of an entire floor to Aon at a record rent. Planned and designed a comprehensive refurbishment of the building; including an overhaul of the existing M&E systems plus all common areas including the main foyer. Agreed new leases with the ground floor retail tenants.
