Description: Grade A, single let office building that had been fully sub-let prior to acquisition. The building totalled 41,284 sq. ft. and formed one of three on a business campus.

Asset Management: Secured significant dilapidations settlement with outgoing head tenant and simultaneously agreed renewal terms of an entire floor to one of the existing sub-tenants. Then undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of the building: including the M&E, common areas and the main foyer. Circa 95% occupation was then secured through new lettings at record local rents ranging up to £24.50 psf.
