Asset Management: Acquired the adjoining former Woolworths and converted this into two large format stores that were pre-let to Next and H&M, anchoring one end of the mall. Secured new lettings to Body Shop, New Look, Pandora, River Island and Schuh. Created a new food court, anchored by Burger King, Chopstix, Tele-Pizza and Quiznos.
