Angelo Gordon and Quidnet Capital sell Treaty Centre

Updated: Sep 19, 2018

LaSalle Investment Management has bought the Treaty Centre Hounslow for £57m, reflecting a blended net initial yield of 7.5%.

Since acquiring Treaty Centre in 2011 for £37.5m, Quidnet and Angelo Gordon have made significant changes to the centre. In 2013, they converted the former Woolworth building into two anchor units that were let to Next and H&M. Other new retailers that came to Treaty on the back of these anchor lettings included Pandora, Schuh and Body Shop.

In 2016, New Look relocated from the first floor, to the centre's main mall allowing Quidnet convert their former store to a food court anchored by Burger King.
