In early 2018 Quidnet, in partnership with Angelo Gordon, acquired a portfolio of light industrial assets in South Wales, off market from a local private investor.

The portfolio was well let with just 5% vacancy. Quidnet had identified a number of asset management opportunities, and since purchase has embarked upon a range of initiatives to increase income and add value.
